I'm waiting from chrr1rn12, TedTester and hensar the confirmations so we can move to the TEST RACE and the race dates.

Now, there are only 2 spaces left in SuperGT, 1 in GT-1 and if someone wants to take my place in LMP can tell me.

Also, i need from huasee to tell me his car.

08/02/2013 The TEST RACE will take place. I need from the drivers to confirm if they will be there or not. Be sure you have your cars sorted. The TEST RACE won't last 2,4h!

Track: Indianapolis Road Course
Laps: 50
TEST RACE lobby open: 8 PM GMT+1

As for the track, lobby, race details, will be the same as the league details.

We'll test the 2 different types of starts (time gap between the start of each class - formation lap) with 1 lap races before the big TEST RACE. After these tests, we'll decide which one is better.

Well, just because this is the most important part, we may repeat the start many times, so everyone understands the way it should be done.

First we'll try the time gap between the start of each class.

1st class (leader THG-sonam8246) will start when the race starts, and limit their speed only at 80 kmh or 50 mph. They create a line with one car behind the other, and start driving full speed at 30 seconds! Better avoid aggressive driving and overtakes.

2nd class (leader THG-Landei) will start at 30 seconds, and limit their speed only at 80 kmh or 50 mph. As 1st team, they create a line with one car behind the other, and start driving full speed at 1 minute! Better avoid aggressive driving and overtakes.

3rd class (leaderTHG-IsaacIII) will start at 1 minute, and limit their speed only at 80 kmh or 50 mph. As the other two teams, they create a line with one car behind the other, and start driving full speed at 1 minute and 30 seconds. Better avoid aggressive driving and overtakes.

After we test this type of start, we'll try the formation lap start.

Most of you, know well the formation lap start.

We'll start to drive normally, but with speed limit 120 km/h or 75 mph. I'll lead this one, and the others will create a line behind me. Leaders of 2nd and 3rd class will make sure there is a safe gap between their class and the class in front of them.
The other drivers, should stay behind the leaders, and not overtake during formation lap. Due to heavy damages, drive safe and avoid any contact.

When we reach the 8th turn of the track, we'll limit our speed to 60 km/h or 40 mph, or else we can press the 'start' button. We'll drive in this speed untill the start line.
IMPORTANT! When EACH driver pass through the start line will go full throttle. Not when 1st car pass through it.

In this photo i show you the formation lap speed zones.

Blue zone: 120 km/h or 75 mph.
Red zone: 60 km/h or 40 mph.



In the TEST RACE, we'll start in the way we decided is best and that type of start will be used in the LEAGUE races also!

There will be no qualyfication. THG members will lead the all classes, so the others can see how it should be done.

Class 1 Leader: THG-sonam8246
Class 2 Leader: THG-Landei
Class 3 Leader: THG-IsaacIII

The TEST RACE results, will not count for the league. So, the drivers must don't care about their performance or results.

During the 50 laps TEST RACE, we'll check how 3 classes can race together in 1 track, and this will help the drivers, take some experience of how to act in situations like these.

The league will start at March! Dates of the races will be posted after the TEST RACE!

Also, hensar, can you tell me the car and the class you will race?

That's quite bad mate. And i mean for the league. As for the Oxford, hope the best to whatever you do buddy!

So, if you will be in Oxford at March and April, you're going to miss 3 races of the league.

If the WILDCARD drivers will be able to race in your place, maybe the points he'll score, will be count to your car! He'll have the same car as you and race as your team-mate. Tell me your car so wildcard driver knows what to choose.

If it's possible for you hensar, please come and race tomorrow at 8PM in the TEST RACE.

Frist of all i would like to say a very big THANK YOU to all of those who came, helped, were patient, and especial to those who stayed for the 15 lap RACE. Thank you guys.

In the lobby we had 10 drivers at first.

We tested the two types of start. During the test of the first type, we had to explain many things, and did it twice so everybody understand the way it should be done. For those who didn't know the rules, it was hard to understand. It's simple if you do it one or two times though.
Thanks to my mates THG-IsaacIII and THG-Landei for their important help, and advices to their class racers.

The second time, we did it in the right way and the result was nice.

Next, we tested the formation lap start. It's well known to most of you, so we didn't face any problem doing it. We needed only 1 try.

My option was to use the first type, for many reasons, after the test though, most of the drivers voted for the formation lap start.

So in the league's races we'll use the formation lap start. We used it also in the race we had.

Here i give you some photos of the race, and explain them also.


The starting grid. We had a qualification before the start, so the classes have been ordered already clearly.

Race started, cautious and not aggressive driving by all, max speed 120km/h. We made a line like car-behind-car.


The braking point, where every driver, limit his speed from 120 km/h to 60 km/h, or start button used.


All drivers managed to be very close before we start, but there wasn't any hit.


At the start line, where every driver goes full throttle, when he passes the line.
